Terms of Service

You may use Dub Ledger only if you are a state-licensed cannabis business or an authorized agent acting on behalf of one. You agree not to use the platform for unlicensed sales, diversion, or any activity that violates applicable cannabis regulations.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the software, interfere with our infrastructure, or use the platform to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content. Abuse may result in immediate suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must ensure that staff members with access are properly trained and that role-based permissions are configured appropriately.

You agree to provide accurate business information, including your state license number, and to notify us promptly if your license status changes.

Dub Ledger is currently in beta. Beta operators work directly with the founders under terms agreed during onboarding. There are no setup fees or activation fees, and no commitment beyond the billing period you have paid for (see Refunds and cancellation below). You may discontinue use at any time and export your data before the account is closed.

The beta offer is $99 per location per month, or $990 per location per year (2 months free), for up to 3 registers, with a 30-day free trial. You choose annual or monthly billing when you set up your trial; annual is the default and monthly is available at that step. Beta operators will receive advance notice of any price changes and a 12-month price lock. Subscription terms will be communicated in advance and agreed before billing begins.

Subscription payments are non-refundable. The 30-day free trial exists so you can try Dub Ledger before you pay. A card is required at signup, and if you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.

Cancel anytime to stop renewal. Canceling stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, whether you chose annual or monthly billing.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining valid cannabis licenses, adhering to state and local regulations, and ensuring that your operations comply with all applicable laws. Dub Ledger provides tools to assist with compliance, but we do not guarantee compliance on your behalf.

Our responsibility. We build features that support common compliance workflows — gram limit enforcement, ID verification, METRC reporting, and audit logs. We aim to keep these features current with regulatory changes, but you should verify that your specific jurisdiction’s rules are met.

Dub Ledger is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compliant with every jurisdiction’s regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DubHaven’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
