Reports & Exports
DubLedger aggregates business data in the Reports view. The only export is a single CSV download on the dashboard.
Reports view
The Reports view provides read-only aggregations of real data:
- Sales summaries by period.
- Inventory quantities and valuations.
- Customer activity and loyalty balances.
- Delivery summaries and driver status.
Each report is a pre-built view. You can filter by date range and location where applicable.
CSV export
- Go to the Sales Dashboard.
- Click the CSV export button.
- The dashboard CSV downloads the current view.
There is only one CSV export and it is available from the dashboard.
What is not supported
- There is no custom report builder.
- PDF exports are not available.
- Scheduled reports are not available.
- There is no separate audit-trail report.
- Accounting software exports (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) are not supported.
