Quick Start Guide

Follow these steps to get operational with DubLedger.

Step 1: Create your account

1. Go to the DubLedger sign-up page and enter your business email.
2. Create a password and verify your email address.
3. Complete the onboarding wizard with your business details.

Step 2: Configure your store

1. Go to Settings → Store.
2. Enter your business name, license number, address, and contact information.
3. Go to Settings → Tax and set your state excise, local, and sales tax rates.
4. Go to Settings → Compliance and select your operating state to seed purchase-limit and age settings.

Step 3: Add your inventory

1. Navigate to Products.
2. Click Add Product and fill in product details, pricing, and compliance fields.
3. Repeat for each product, or use Products → Import to bulk-upload via CSV.
4. Activate catalog products at each location so they appear in inventory and on the storefront.

Step 4: Add your team

1. Go to Settings → Employees.
2. Click Invite Employee.
3. Enter the employee's email and assign a role: Budtender, Manager, or Owner.
4. Set location access for multi-location operators.
5. Send the invitation.

Step 5: Process your first sale

1. Open Quick Sale.
2. Tap a product category to browse products.
3. Tap a product to add it to the cart.
4. Tap the customer area to search or add a customer, then enter their ID number manually for verification.
5. Tap Checkout and select Cash.
6. Enter the amount tendered and complete the sale.

• Configure delivery zones and drivers if you offer delivery.
• Set up a loyalty program from Settings → Loyalty.
• Customize your public storefront from Settings → Storefront.
