Quick Start Guide

Follow these steps to get your dispensary operational with DubLedger in under one hour.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Go to dubledger.com and click "Get Started"
2. Enter your business email and create a password
3. Verify your email address
4. Complete the onboarding wizard with your business details

Step 2: Configure Your Store

1. Store Information: Enter your dispensary name, address, license number, and state
2. Compliance Settings: Select your state to auto-configure METRC/BioTrack/Leaf Data rules
3. Tax Rates: Set your state excise tax, local tax, and sales tax rates
4. Payment Methods: Enable cash, debit, and/or credit card processing

Step 3: Add Your Inventory

1. Navigate to Products in the sidebar
2. Click Add Product and fill in product details, pricing, and compliance fields
3. Repeat for all products or use the Bulk Import tool

Step 4: Set Up Your Registers

1. Go to SettingsRegisters
2. Create a register for each POS terminal
3. Assign printers (receipt and label) to each register
4. Configure cash drawer settings

Step 5: Add Your Team

1. Go to SettingsEmployees
2. Click Invite Employee
3. Enter their email and assign a role (Budtender, Manager, Owner)
4. Send the invitation

Step 6: Process Your First Sale

1. Open the Quick Sale view on your tablet
2. Tap a product category to browse products
3. Tap a product to add it to the cart
4. Adjust quantity if needed
5. Tap Checkout
6. Select or scan a customer ID
7. Choose a payment method
8. Complete the sale and print the receipt

Next Steps

- Connect METRC: Go to Settings → Integrations to connect your state tracking system
- Configure Delivery: If you offer delivery, set up zones and driver accounts
- Set Up Loyalty: Create a points-based loyalty program for customers
- Run Reports: Check the Analytics dashboard to see your first sales data
