Transfer Status Workflow

Submitted → Transfer is submitted for approval. Inventory at the source is reserved (not yet deducted).
Approved → Destination manager approves. Inventory is deducted from the source and added to the destination.
In Transit → Products are physically in transit. Inventory is tracked at the destination as "In Transit".
Received → Destination confirms receipt. Inventory is fully available.
Cancelled → Transfer is cancelled before receipt. Inventory is returned to the source.

Compliance Documentation

Manifest Generation → Generated automatically for every delivery route. Includes product details, quantities, batch numbers, and package tags.
