Step 1: Business Profile

The first step captures your core business information.

Required fields

Business name

The public-facing name customers see on the online menu and receipts.

Legal business name

The registered legal entity name used for compliance and tax documents.
Should match your state license.

License number

Your state-issued cannabis license number.

License expiration

The expiration date of your current license.
Record this for your own tracking.

Business address

Full street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
Used for tax calculations and delivery zone setup.

Contact information

Primary phone number for the dispensary.
Primary email address for notifications.
Website URL, if you have one.

Optional fields

Store logo (displayed on the online menu and receipts).
Business hours for each day of the week.
Social media handles.

After saving

Once you save your business profile, you proceed to Step 2: Tax & Compliance. You can always update this information later via Settings → Store.
