Setting Up Your Storefront

Follow these steps to configure your online storefront.

Step 1: Enable the storefront

1. Go to Settings → Storefront.
2. Toggle Enable Online Ordering to ON.
3. Set your storefront URL slug (e.g., green-valley).
4. Your menu is now accessible at /menu/green-valley.

Step 2: Configure merchandising

1. Go to Settings → Storefront Merchandising.
2. Set your hero title and body text.
3. Select featured products (up to 12).
4. Select featured brands (up to 8).
5. Set the default sort order.
6. Create collection shelves (up to 3).

Step 3: Configure fulfillment options

Pickup

1. Enable pickup ordering.
2. Set pickup hours.
3. Configure pickup time windows.
4. Set pickup preparation time.

Delivery

1. Enable delivery ordering (requires delivery setup).
2. Delivery zones determine where you deliver.
3. Set delivery hours.
4. Configure minimum order amounts.

Step 4: Configure payment options

Go to Settings → Payment to configure what customers can use online:

Pickup payment options

• Pay in store: customer pays when picking up.

Delivery payment options

• Cash on delivery: customer pays cash when the driver arrives.

Cash is the only supported payment method. There is no card processing, ACH, or pay-by-bank option.

Step 5: Test the storefront

Before going live:

1. Visit your storefront URL.
2. Browse products and verify pricing.
3. Add items to cart.
4. Test checkout with a mock order.
5. Verify the order appears on your Order Board.
6. Test order completion.

Custom domain

Custom domains are not currently configurable in the storefront settings. Use the provided /menu/your-store URL.
